Not right for your skin? We’ll make it right.
Every COZIUM formula is crafted with purpose, but we understand not every formula works for everyone. That’s why, if you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, you can return your item for a full refund (excluding delivery). No pressure, no fuss.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
RETURNS MADE SIMPLE
To start a return, email contact@cozium.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. Please include a brief note explaining why you’re returning it.
Once we confirm your return, we’ll provide the return address. You may send items from multiple orders in one parcel, but please include all order numbers and clearly identify which product belongs to which order.
Please use a tracked postal service. COZIUM is not liable for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Pre-paid return labels are not provided.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Proof of Postage: Always keep your shipping receipt until your refund is confirmed.
- Delivery Fees: Original delivery and return postage costs are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Retailers: Items purchased through other retailers or marketplaces must be returned directly to them.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 working days and may take a further 7–10 days to appear in your account.
- If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 working days, email us with your proof of postage so we can investigate.
FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For international orders, please clearly mark your parcel as Returned Goods to avoid customs charges.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are collected by your local authority and are not refundable by COZIUM.
COZIUM CONFIDENCE MONEY BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY
- Valid only for purchases made at www.cozium.com.
- Product must be returned with at least 50% of contents remaining and show a minimum of 7 consecutive days of use.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- Limited to one refund claim per household per product type.
HOW TO CLAIM
- Submit a fully completed refund request form before returning the item.
- Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation).
- Use tracked postage; return shipping costs are non-reimbursable.
REFUND DETAILS
- Refunds are issued for the value paid or RRP, whichever is lower.
- Processed via the original payment method only.
- Completed within 30 days of receiving the returned item and completed form.
POLICY LIMITATIONS
COZIUM reserves the right to decline refund applications if:
- The request form is incomplete, inaccurate, or not pre-lodged.
- The product appears misused, tampered with, or overused.
- The claim is deemed fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.
COZIUM reserves the right to update or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
COZIUM is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
