We offer free next day delivery on all UK orders. Every order is shipped via Evri Tracked 24.
Orders placed before 16:00, Monday to Saturday qualify for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 16:00 or on Sundays will dispatch the following working day.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK. International delivery is not available at this time, but you can contact us to register your interest.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre in Jarrow. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery throughout the UK.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Orders placed before 16:00, Monday to Saturday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next working day.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey and expected arrival time.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our delivery partner will usually attempt re-delivery for 3 consecutive days. If you weren't home, the courier should have left a card detailing the next delivery attempt or a way to reschedule. If you need to reschedule or have a safe place for the parcel, you can typically arrange this through the Evri website. Check your tracking link for specific updates or instructions.
What to do if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and send us a picture of your parcel with the shipping label clearly visible (including any signs of re-packing or damage to the box). We’ll sort it quickly.
